We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position requires open availability and flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring smooth daily hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- Answer phone calls and make reservations as needed
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and payment information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have open availability for scheduling flexibility
