Job Summary
Courtyard by Marriott Clemson is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Bistro / Café Supervisor to lead daily operations of our Bistro, ensuring exceptional food & beverage service for our guests. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, dependable, and experienced in hospitality or food & beverage leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily Bistro operations, including breakfast and evening service
· Lead, train, and support Bistro Associates
· Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met
· Assist with scheduling and performance oversight
· Monitor food and beverage quality and guest satisfaction
· Handle cash, POS transactions, and reporting
· Assist with inventory control and ordering
· Resolve guest concerns professionally
· Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards
Qualifications
· Previous food & beverage supervisory experience preferred
· Hotel or hospitality experience strongly preferred
· Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
