Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Marriott brand standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to minimize waste
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service depending on shift assignment
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and supply organization
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel, or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification a plus
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
