What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the hotel's overall performance, including:
- Delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Leading, coaching, and developing department leaders and associates
- Driving RevPAR, profitability, and market share
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of General Manager experience in a branded hotel
- Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
- Proven success driving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience managing hotel budgets, forecasting, and revenue strategies
- Ability to inspire teams while maintaining operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

The anticipated compensation range for the position is 110,000k-120,000k per year.
