As General Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for hotel operations while guiding a dedicated leadership team, ensuring brand standards are met, and driving both guest satisfaction and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present, involved, and impactful.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee all hotel operations, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Administration and with full service properties' Food & Beverage, and Banquets
- Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and their teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure brand standards and our expectations are consistently met
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to grow occupancy, events, and revenue
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, ownership, brand partners, vendors, and the local community
- Be visible and engaged—regularly walking the property to connect with guests and team members
- Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability, recognition, and teamwork
- Ensure safety, compliance, and property standards are upheld at all times

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of General Manager experience preferred, or 10 years of progressive hotel management experience
- Brand experience a plus
- CPR, TIPS, and Food Manager certifications preferred
