Room Attendant/Housekeeping

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all surfaces are properly sanitized and disinfected
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
