What You’ll Bring to the Team

• At least two years of hands-on experience in hotel, apartment, or building maintenance
• Working knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers, and mechanical systems
• Relevant certifications are a plus, but a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset are essential
• A genuine enjoyment of working with people and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Comfort working with hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment
