Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Houseman/Light Maintenance Technician to support our facilities by performing houseman and light repair tasks. This role is essential in maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential or commercial properties. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with housekeeping duties and guest requests.
- Cleans elevators, tracks, chrome, and stainless steel.
- Vacuums all inside corridors and shampoos carpets.
- Assists in making beds and cleaning rooms for late checkouts.
- Patrols pool area--cleans tables, empties garbage, cleans workout facilities.
- Assists in keeping all storage areas and linen room clean. Assists Housekeeper in checking supplies, opening cartons, and placing supplies neatly on shelves.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork
- Willing to assist guests and other team members in a professional manner.
