Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate night audit activities to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations
- Maintain high standards of guest relations by fostering a friendly, helpful atmosphere at all times

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk supervision within a hospitality environment
