What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bistro Attendant position at Courtyard by Marriott Bethlehem/Easton?
The Courtyard by Marriott Bethlehem/I-78 is seeking a part time associate for its morning Bistro team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Greet and engage customers
Taking orders and processing guest checks.
Preparing Starbucks coffee and assorted quick breakfast items.
Serve beverages and prepared meals.
Assist guests by busing tables, delivering meals.
Maintain cleanliness work area, seating area, and kitchen.
Prep food and garnishes according to Marriott Bistro standards.
Must be able to read and understand English to comply with functions directions.
Assists with dishes and restocking.
Assists with food service in meeting spaces and special events.
We are open to hiring an exceptional hospitality spirited professional that fulfills the role of Bistro Attendant.
This is a P/T position, working up to 20 hours per week.
Weekday shifts begin at 5am, weekend shifts begin at 6am.
