Laundry Attendant
Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and guest laundry.
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers.
- Inspect linens for stains or damage and report any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing chemicals used in the laundry process.
- Assist with inventory management of linens and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests when delivering clean laundry.
- Assist with cleanliness of the hotel lobby and public space restrooms as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads.
