Join the JL Hospitality Management team and be the welcoming face of our hotel! We’re looking for friendly, dependable Front Desk Agents who enjoy helping guests and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and register guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
- Resolve guest questions or concerns during their stay
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and upgrades
- Handle payments, room charges, and basic accounting
- Answer phones and emails and assist with guest requests
- Stay calm and solution-focused during busy or high-pressure situations
