Bistro Attendant
Position Purpose:
Provide outstanding food and beverage service by taking orders and delivering items in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner. This role is key to creating a welcoming Bistro experience and achieving a high level of guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests and take food & beverage orders
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and Bistro items
- Recommend menu options and deliver excellent customer service
- Operate POS system and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Friendly and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy shifts
- Basic math and computer/POS skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule (hospitality is a 24/7 business)
