You won't just be "putting food on the table"—you will be creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests, whether they are starting their day with a fresh Starbucks® coffee or winding down with a seasonal cocktail.
We are looking for a multitasking expert who can seamlessly transition between taking orders, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment.
What You’ll Do
- Guest Connection: Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Culinary & Bar Excellence: Prepare and serve breakfast, dinner, and snack items according to brand recipes and standards.
- Beverage Artistry: Prepare specialty coffee drinks and serve beer, wine, and cocktails (as regulated by state/federal age requirements).
- Service Flow: Execute payment transactions using the MICROS system, maintain a balanced bank, and ensure all tips are reported accurately.
- Environment Maintenance: Keep the Bistro and lounge areas clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting room food and beverage service as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Prior food and beverage experience is required. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, fast-casual dining environment.
- Flexibility: Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings (breakfast shift) and/or evenings (dinner/bar shift), including weekends and holidays.
- Bartending Skills: Previous bartending experience is a strong plus and will be prioritized.
- Professionalism: A warm, professional demeanor and a "can-do" attitude. You should be someone who enjoys interacting with people and can handle guest recovery with diplomacy and tact.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift or move objects up to 25 lbs.
