Courtney Racquel is a founder-led contemporary fashion and jewelry brand rooted in accessible luxury, elevated essentials, standout staples, and personal style with substance. As we prepare to launch our flagship Courtney Racquel Style Studio in Mount Pleasant, we are building a small, thoughtful team to help bring the brand’s retail, event, media, and community vision to life.
The Style Studio will serve as more than a boutique. It will be a destination for women to shop, be styled, discover exclusive pieces, attend curated events, and connect with a brand that celebrates confidence, presence, individuality, and elevated everyday style.
About the Role
As a style advisor you will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience by building genuine relationships with Courtney Racquel clients and providing expert styling recommendations tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle. You will serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador while driving sales and creating memorable client experiences.
The right candidate understands that Courtney Racquel aims to transcend a normal shopping experience by going above and beyond for each of our clients. They also understand we are a concept boutique that is not only a store/style studio, but is also a community space and will be used for events and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
As a style advisor you will use your styling techniques to sell our pieces to clients. You will also be responsible for creating an environment where each customer feels confident and important. You will build connections with clients to build their loyalty to Courtney Racquel and deliver a world class experience.

We are looking for a confident, personable, and fashion-forward individual who is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, polished, and comfortable building relationships with clients while representing Courtney Racquel’s aesthetic and values.
This person should have a strong interest in fashion, styling, and luxury retail, with the ability to understand a customer’s needs and make thoughtful, personalized product recommendations. They should be motivated by sales, comfortable working toward goals, and able to identify opportunities to upsell or introduce clients to additional products in an authentic and service-focused way.
The ideal candidate is proactive rather than reactive. They are attentive to detail, take pride in maintaining a beautiful and organized store environment, and are willing to step in wherever needed. They should be dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is warm, driven, stylish, professional, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Previous luxury retail or sales experience is a plus, but a strong personality, willingness to learn, and passion for fashion and customer service are equally important.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
