As a celebrity event planner working with the likes of Cynthia Bailey, Rasheeda Frost, Lebron James (NBA), Antonio Cromartie (NFL), Darian Stewart (NFL) , Brendan Haywood (NBA), to name a few, Courtney creates events that are as adventurous for the guests as they are visually captivating.

Courtney Ajinca Events, LLC is looking for a Wedding Planner to join our team for a luxury wedding. The tentative dates are 7/31- 08/06. Team members will be responsible for their own travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage the wedding day events and flow of guests from start to finish
- Manage the seating chart, table assignments, and floral arrangements
- Manage the wedding cake, cake decorator, and catering orders
- Maintain a clean and organized venue on the day of the wedding
- Manage the cocktail hour and reception break room throughout the night
- Help manage vendors and vendors' families to ensure smooth operations throughout the event
- Help manage vendors' needs during the cocktail hour and reception
- Help manage vendors' needs during the ceremony and reception
- Help manage vendors' needs during the honeymoon
- Assist with any special requests or events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work well with others in a team environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to help out where needed. Willingness to learn new things. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be available for weddings as needed. Must be available for honeymoons (optional).
- Must be available for flexible hours (weekends, holidays, etc.)and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple events throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on demand throughout event.
- Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours per day

Pay: $200.00 per day
