This office is a fast-paced environment, seeking for a full time Associate Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury cases.
Qualifications
- Admission in Good Standing to the New Jersey bar is required. Admission to New York and Pennsylvania bars area plus
- Strong experience in motion practice and discovery practices required.
- Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Legal Writing
- Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents, including motions, and pleadings
- Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Advocacy Skills
- Commitment to upholding ethical practices and professional standards
- Dedication to providing exceptional legal services to clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English - written and spoken) a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
