As a member of "Team Tie-Dye" (yes, we wear tie-dyed polo shirts as our uniform), you will be responsible for giving exceptional customer service through product knowledge, industry skills and quality customer interaction. General retail skills such as stocking, assembling items, and solid computer abilities are also needed. Having a positive and helpful attitude is crucial to customer satisfaction and our success.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handling and calling customers to up product orders.
- Supervise and train new cashiers when required
- Stocking and maintaining the front end of the store to Ace standards.
Experience
- Prior experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred
- Ability to sell products effectively
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Strong customer service background to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Bilingual proficiency to assist a diverse range of customers (Preferred)
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing and Inventory Accuracy.
- Building customer loyalty through being positive, polite and using Ace Rewards
- Ability to maintain phone etiquette while assisting customers and addressing queries

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
