What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pizzeria Team Member position at Courthouse Pizzeria?
Courthouse Pizzeria is in search of the right Team Members to join our Team. Our Team are all responsible for providing excellent guest service, preparing and creating pies, slices and other food items, taking orders, operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and stocking ingredients. Key skills include teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guest Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide a positive experience while answering questions and resolving issues. The Guest is not always right, but when we make a mistake we will do everything we can to make it right. We DO NOT tolerate rude, angry or hostile Guests.
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, assemble pizzas and other menu items, and follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently operate the cash register or point-of-sale system, process payments, and ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage food orders, stock ingredients, prepare for upcoming shifts by setting up stations, and clean equipment.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with and support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive work environment.

- Customer Service: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Multitasking: Capable of handling various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
