- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and buffing to ensure pristine surfaces
- Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by properly disposing of trash and using appropriate cleaning agents
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident or guest requests promptly and professionally
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Uphold safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
