Responsibilities
- Perform repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including:
Engine, transmission, and driveline
- Steering and suspension
- Electrical systems
- Brakes and HVAC
- Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repair needs and timelines
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of automotive service technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ASE certification strongly preferred
- Ford certification strongly preferred
- Prior Ford dealership experience is a plus
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair capability (B-Level skills)
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
