Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all service customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms for both maintenance and repair visits.
- Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and inspections with customers when appropriate.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely service completion.
- Keep customers informed of vehicle status, changes in repair timelines, and any additional service needs.
- Review completed work with customers, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer payments and process repair orders accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient service drive operation.
- Promote dealership service specials and maintenance packages when appropriate.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service/customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK or similar experience is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
