We are seeking an experienced Automotive Payroll Administrator to join our growing Payroll team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership payroll processing, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage payroll accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process semi monthly payroll for dealership employees.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Calculate commissions, bonuses, and incentive pay plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams on employee compensation matters.
- Assist with payroll audits, tax reporting, and year-end processing.
- Automotive dealership payroll experience required.
- CDK experience required.
- Paycom experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, wage regulations, and payroll best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
