Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Evaluate customer needs for express lube services and recommend appropriate packages and services.
• Provide customers with accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle maintenance tips and product options.
• Schedule and manage express lube appointments, ensuring minimal wait times and maximizing service efficiency.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of lube and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
