Job Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen manager or head chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, and handle kitchen waste
- Receive and store supplies properly
- Help with inventory and restocking as needed
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Team player with good communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
