What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Process Server position at Court OPS?
Court OPS is looking for an independent contractor to serve Court documents to individuals throughout Salt Lake County.
Contractor must be at least 18 years of age with a background clean from felonies & crimes of moral turpitude. (Theft, Fraud etc)
Contractor must have good reliable transportation with vehicle insurance.
Contractor must have a newer phone able to process apps and ways to communicate through scanning and emails.
We are looking for evenings and weekend availability as they are best times for this work.

This is a commission paying job based on documents completed not hourly paying work.
