IT Intern
30 hours per week internship.
We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to assist with day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and project-based tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and cybersecurity within an MSP environment. You will work closely with our technicians and engineers to support client infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and implement IT solutions.

IT Intern
30 hours per week internship.
We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to assist with day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and project-based tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and cybersecurity within an MSP environment. You will work closely with our technicians and engineers to support client infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and implement IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Support end-users with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding users (account setup, access management).
- Help maintain documentation, asset tracking, and IT inventory.
- Assist with deploying, configuring, and updating systems and applications.
- Monitor and respond to alerts from RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, etc.)
- Learn and assist with cybersecurity best practices and compliance measures.
- Support client cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) is a plus.
