Responsibilities
- Support marketing events, including researching sponsorship opportunities, managing logistics, attendee & speaker coordination, promotion, and sales/attendee prep and post-event follow-up.
- Help support campaign execution across email, social, and other industry channels to drive quality lead generation and qualification.
- Coordinate content creation (blogs, social posts) and help manage marketing assets to ensure brand consistency across teams and materials.
- Research and identify opportunities for partnerships, awards, and thought leadership placements to grow brand presence.
- Help track program performance (quantitative & qualitative) and provide recommendations for testing/optimizing.
- Stay informed about industry news and trends, including leading-edge marketing tactics and AI technologies.
- 2 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, healthcare technology, or startup environments.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, early-stage setting, bringing creativity and initiative to new ideas.

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
