We are seeking a reliable and professional Courier Driver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver packages across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet schedule deadlines
- Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and pickups
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during route driving
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including moving goods within the facility
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with route driving expertise
- Strong customer service skills to handle delivery interactions professionally
- Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, forklift operation, and pallet jack use (nice-to-have)
- Valid
driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to operate box trucks and manual transmission vehicles effectively
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and moving items safely
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Excellent organizational skills for route planning and time management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
