Couples Therapy Services is currently seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist to join our Princeton team.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples in person and via telehealth
- Complete timely and ethical clinical documentation
- Assess, conceptualize, and implement treatment plans
- Support clients navigating relationship concerns, life transitions, and personal development
- Participate in consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development
- Attend mandatory monthly team meetings and peer study groups
Requirements
- Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Ability to provide in-person sessions at our Princeton office with a hybrid option available
- Availability for a minimum of 2 evening shifts per week
- Willingness to build a caseload over time (approximately 6 months to ~25 clients/week)
Preferred:
- Prior experience or training in couples therapy
