Our practice specializes in couples therapy using evidence-based, relationship-focused approaches that help couples reconnect, heal, and create lasting change. While we also serve families and individuals, relationships are at the heart of what we do.

Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a therapist who:
- Has experience providing psychotherapy to couples, families, and individuals
- Is passionate about helping couples build healthier relationships
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and excellent clinical judgment
- Builds strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries
- Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
- Values lifelong learning and continued professional development
- Wants to build a long-term career within a growing private practice
- Takes pride in providing exceptional client care
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or license eligible)
- Experience working with couples, families, and individuals
- Training or certification in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
- Gottman Method
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT)
- Relational Life Therapy (RLT)
- Other evidence-based couples therapy models
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before employment)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to couples, families, and individuals
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate professionally with the practice owner and fellow clinicians
- Participate in consultation and professional development opportunities
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards
- Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that creates meaningful and lasting change for clients

- Marketing and advertising
- Website and online presence
- Referral development
- Scheduling systems
- Administrative support
