Job Overview: 

Key Responsibilities:

• As most senior resource in SSC team, support day-to-day queries from local team and act as liaison with Corporate office.
• Check all invoices & validated receipts following employee claim reimbursement procedure.
• Check all invoices & validated necessary documents following vendor payment procedure.
• Make sure payment can be made in a timely and accurate manner and ensure the process to be compliance with internal control policy.
• Perform accounts reconciliation monthly/quarterly/annually according to group’s instruction.
• Perform Intercompany accounting process
• Process and manage Asset management procedure from acquisition to disposal
• Perform other related missions and duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Language: Good written and spoken Korean
• Computer: Proficient in MS Office applications
• Business Competences: 5 years above related working experience in Accounting & Financial Field
• Behavioural competences: Accurate, logical, efficient, proactive and responsible. On time delivery with good quality.
• Personal attributes: Be honest and accountable, self-motivated, good communication skills, able to work under pressure, team spirit; objectivity and fairness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree on Finance & Accounting related
• Language: Good written and spoken English is added advantage
• Experience to work on Shared Service Environment supporting Finance Department
