```Responsibilities```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Support students in their learning journey by providing individualized attention and guidance
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Help prepare materials and resources for daily activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and educational resources
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of literacy education principles and practices
- Experience working with students in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
- Understanding of childhood development milestones and appropriate teaching strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians
