Qualifications
Any combination of experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying . A typical way to qualify is a background and training in communications, marketing and branding, or in community programming and outreach, public administration, or a related field, and five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in communications or community programming and outreach, including two years in a supervisory or management capacity.

Qualifications
