The ideal candidate brings advanced criminal trial experience, particularly in difficult and high-profile cases. Candidates should be comfortable using technology in a fast-paced legal environment where case management, evidence review, and information sharing are fully digital.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Leading, mentoring, and supervising attorneys
- Handling and prosecuting complex cases
- Guiding case strategy and supporting professional development within the team
- Collaborating with law enforcement, victim advocates, courts, and justice partners
- Promoting ethical, trauma-informed prosecution practices aligned with the mission of the District Attorney’s Office
- Participating in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of legal staff
- Criminal litigation and courtroom advocacy
- Leadership, supervision, and team development
- Exercising good judgment, integrity, and compassion in critical cases

We prefer at least three years of the total required experience to have been in the assigned department/office.
