Description
Full-time clerical position for the Office of the Monmouth County Clerk. Position involves the daily review and recordation of documents, and associated responsibilities. Position is part of a team that provides customer service, both in-person and through call center, and includes a variety of routine tasks involving data entry, record keeping, and mailings. Position will encompass cross training in all services offered by this office, including passport application processing.
Responsibilities:
- Record documents relating to real property.
- Review documents for statutory compliance
- Data input, scanning of documents, maintaining proper document databases
- Learn electronic recording functions
- Respond to customer/attorney/title company inquiries
- Cross training opportunities
Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
