Day-to-Day Job Duties
On a daily basis, this role involves reviewing property transaction records within Microsystems MODIV to confirm accurate coding and data classification. The technician will assist municipal tax assessors by providing guidance on proper Non-usable transaction code assignments. Regular tasks include reviewing and refining the Sales Ratio Study module, documenting errors, and recommending improvements. In addition, the position requires generating clear reports and working collaboratively with staff to ensure consistent, reliable data for analysis and compliance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years of experience in monitoring, editing, and/or verifying information used in an electronic data processing system.

Main Responsibilities & Requirements
- Develop and maintain coding systems to ensure accurate transmission and processing of property sales data within Microsystems MODIV.
- Monitor, edit, and verify information to ensure proper Non-usable transaction code assignments by municipal tax assessors.
- Design and refine forms and procedures for data entry, review, and reporting in support of the Sales Ratio Study module.
- Analyze data, identify errors or inconsistencies, and collaborate with assessors and staff to resolve issues.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years of experience in monitoring, editing, and/or verifying information used in an electronic data processing system.
