Temporary Clerk 1 – Monmouth County Board of Taxation
The Monmouth County Board of Taxation is seeking 2 temporary full-time employees to assist during the upcoming tax appeal season. The positions would start in early January 2026 and run up to 6 months and require working Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The positions pay $22 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing clerical tasks such as preparing and stuffing letters for mailings
- Preparing appeal room books and materials for daily hearings
- Assisting in appeal hearing rooms by operating computers and providing administrative support
- Scanning and organizing resulting documents after hearings
- Completing other related duties as assigned
