The Dietary Shift Leader ensures that the residents’ meals are plated and available on a timely basis that is correct according to their dietary restrictions. Supervise the daily operation of tray service, dish room, pot and pan room and the employee dining room for dinner service.

High school diploma or equivalent and one year in the food service industry long term care preferred. One year in a supervisory capacity preferred or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
ServSafe certified preferred.
A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
Salary : $20 - $29
