The Office of the Merrimack County Attorney is the focal point for prosecution of criminal offenses in our County. In addition to prosecuting virtually all felony level offenses occurring in Merrimack County our attorneys prosecute misdemeanor offenses for 19 towns spread throughout the County.
The Office of the Merrimack County Attorney is currently seeking a highly motivated Attorney Solicitor.
Juris Doctorate from an American Bar Association recognized law school. Six years' experience in the active practice of law or any combination of education, training and experience, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position. Criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
