Admissions/Concessions/Party Host - 2026 Summer Season
Discovery Island Waterpark

Starting Pay Rate: $13.37/hour
Greets and assists patrons. Provides professional, courteous customer service at all times. Collects and receipts various payments received; closes out cash registers at the end of each day and finalizes corresponding paperwork. Answers telephone. Assists with the coordination of large groups. Supervises and assists with parties held at facility: party set-up, serving refreshments, post-party clean-up, party parent requests, etc. Performs general facility cleaning and stocks restrooms with supplies. Receives and responds effectively to inquiries, concerns, complaints, and requests for assistance from patrons and staff.
*** Position requires day, night, weekend, & some holiday work throughout the summer (May – Sept.)***
Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent), strong customer service and cash handling experience, & computer proficiency.
