New Pathways Tech is seeking an experienced Machinist Instructor to teach Manual and CNC Milling and Turning in Culpeper County, VA. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional passionate about training the next generation of machinists. Requirements

  • Industry certifications: NIMS, HAAS, FANUC
  • Proficiency in Manual and CNC Mill & Lathe
  • Prior experience teaching machining (classroom or lab-based)
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
