What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custody Processor position at County of Blair?
Our hire within a department of three assists in the operation of the Custody Office by performing duties such as reviewing daily petitions, filings, and correspondence related to the scheduling of custody cases; prioritizing and tracking each petition; coordinating the scheduling of court proceedings with Court Administration; using software to look up docketing information; submitting paperwork to Prothonotary's Office; compiling monthly statistics and data; and assisting other office personnel as necessary.
Requirements
Qualified applicants will possess a high school diploma or GED, effective interpersonal relations and communications skills (both verbal and written), ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to regularly handle multiple tasks simultaneously, computer literacy, and data entry skills.
