We're hiring a Scheduler to join County Materials in Marathon City, WI
Job Summary:
The Scheduler is responsible for developing schedules that optimize available resources to maximize efficiencies and meet client expectations. This role works closely with various stakeholders, departments, and operational leaders to ensure that every detail is managed and communicated clearly to meet the business requirements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project takeoffs to develop bills of materials (BOM), including plant and field materials, piece-specific dimensions, and weights
- Plan, schedule, and distribute daily and weekly production schedules to the plant, adjusting as needed, including:
- Developing daily hollow core bed schedules
- Uploading hollow core bed data to the plotter
- Scheduling daily and weekly wet-cast production and concrete orders
- Procure project-specific production materials in accordance with job requirements
- Distribute BOMs to Fabrication Shop Foreman to support fabrication and tracking of steel and embed orders
- Order production materials and supplies from approved vendors as directed by location leadership
- Conduct monthly inventory counts as required by the job costing department
- Coordinating with site leadership on additional tasks that would include purchasing, production reporting, and coordination with the Scheduling Manager.
- Ensuring review of hardware and production supplies is audited and ordered in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience & Qualifications: (Required or Preferred)
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
- Experience/Skills:

- Precast manufacturing experience a plus
- Auto CAD
Work Environment:
- Work is typically performed indoors.
- Exposure may include:

- Typical work hours/shifts: Standard business hours
