We are seeking a Drafter for County Prestress and Precast at our Astatula, FL location.
Job Duties:
- Prepare design and production drawings, details and sketches and routine layouts
- Use of computer-aided estimate program to assist in preparing quotations finalizing all drawings
- Coordinate, review and approve shop drawings with customers
- Distribute shop drawings to production
Work Environment:
- Office working environment
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting frequently
- Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely
- Standing / Walking / Climbing
Experience & Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in design/drafting or two years of design/drafting experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (3-5 yrs modeling) and Autocad
- Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must.
- Precast experience preferred but not required.
- General knowledge of building construction
