Role Description The Cook is a full-time or part time on-site role based at County Line Bar and Grill in Randolph, OH. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to order, following standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and breaking down workstations, handling food prep, monitoring cooking times, and coordinating with servers and bartenders to deliver dishes promptly. The Cook follows all food safety and sanitation standards, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, and helps with inventory, stocking, and basic equipment care. This role also supports special events and busy periods by working efficiently, communicating clearly with the team, and adapting to changing guest volumes.
