We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to help with the daily operations of our office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively organize schedules, answer the phone, and ensure smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- day-to-day office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Handle calls, including inputting client information via calls,texts, voicemails.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Company budgets, ensuring expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
- Coordinate schedule management for team members, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll management is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.80 - $30.00 per hour
