This is an on-site, full-time role located in Millbury, MA. The Accounting and Administrative Coordinator will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, records management, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating payroll, assisting with audits, maintaining office supplies, and responding to customer and vendor inquiries. The individual will also ensure accurate and organized record-keeping, contribute to process improvements, and support various operational needs to promote efficiency.
