County Draperies is seeking a part-time or temp to hire Administrative Assistant to support our Procurement Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient daily operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of documents and reports.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and maintaining databases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a clerical assistant or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High school diploma; previous experience in Office Administration is a plus.
Compensation
- $17-$19/ hr.
