Position Title AI Career Pathways Success Coach (Grant Funded) Job Category Part-Time Staff Salary Range $25.00/hr Position Type Part Time Department Career Services Job Summary
The Success Coach will work with the Career Pathways Coordinator to increase enrollment, experiential learning, and student success for individuals enrolled in AI career pathways including both credit and noncredit alternatives. The individual will interact and collaborate with employers and community based partners regarding AI initiatives and trends in the workplace. The Success Coach will provide support services including mentoring and career counseling, resume writing assistance, and interview preparation. The individual will also be responsible job coaching and job placement support for students in internships and other types of employment.
Qualifications - Education
Minimum of an associate degree and bachelor’s degree preferred..
Qualifications - Experience
Knowledge and interest in AI applications in operational environments.
Familiarity with apprenticeships programs preferred.
Qualifications - Skills
Demonstrates planning an proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and manage in-person and web-based information sessions involving AI in the workplace..
Work Hours
10:00-3:00 with some flexibility
